It has been 50 years since we walked the halls of SJHS! In the countdown to our reunion weekend, we want to virtually reconnect and celebrate where life has taken every single member of the Class of 1976.

We have created a simple questionnaire to help you share your journey. Whether you can join us in person or only in spirit, please share your story!

Here is how to share your story:

1. Download: Click here to get the Microsoft Word questionnaire template.
    
2. Fill it out: Type your answers directly into the boxes.
    
3. Save: Name the file with your full name (e.g., Jane_Doe_Questionnaire.docx).
    
4. Send: Email your saved file to admin@1976sjhsmanassas.com.
    

Don’t use Microsoft Word? No problem at all. Just email us your answers, and we will handle all the formatting for you!
